I selected Dr. Palmer because everyone I spoke to held him in the highest esteem and recommended him. The first time I met Dr. Palmer I noticed his wonderful personality. Every part of the process was explained to me in an easily understandable way, as well as the available options regarding my surgery. As a result, I felt at ease throughout my surgical journey and confident that I made the right choice in both surgery type and doctor. His staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Before my surgery, I had incredible pain in my knees from walking short distances. When I traveled to Europe with my grandchildren my mobility was severely limited. Now, I am eager to experience a pain-free trip with my son to Scotland this Summer. I highly suggest choosing Dr. Palmer. I value trust in a doctor/patient relationship and he surpassed my expectations in that respect. His professionalism and skill are top-notch.
